The time may have come...
I'm posting this in the off topic since it's more of me thinking out loud at the moment. Since being at home the thought of picking up a truck has been lurking more and more in the back of my mind. With going camping and hauling a S*** ton of stuff around it seems to be the practical thing to do. I've always been a fan of new the Ram 1500's and am inching closer to possibly picking one up. So, on that note there is a possibility that I will be selling my RS since I think it's in my better interest to hold onto the 08 WRX (still owe on it). Curious if would be any interested parties in El Paso that would be interested in buying it. Haven't thought of a price to sell it at but would be offering three different setups: stock, Stage 1 (AP) or Stage 2 (STi TMIC, Cobb DP w/ AP)
A little on the car:
178k on chassis (99.9% rust free, no quarter panel rust)
93xxx on 02 wrx motor and trans
Swap was done by me in my driveway with the harness merge done by iWire
KYB AGX w/ prodrive P1 springs
JDM STi TMIC
Cobb DP
Stage 2 w/ Cobb AP
Original RS dash and interior but has 02-03 WRX F/R seats
02-03 WRX wheels with Bridgestone Grid 019's (less than 4K of use on rubber)
No Cruise but the A/C does work nicely!!
That's it in a nutshell. Feel free to shoot me some offers I may just bite. I'm not interested in trades since I will be using the $$$$ from the sale to either use as a down payment or pay off other debt.

Send me a text with how much you might be looking for, I'm gonna be needing a second car here pretty soon I'm sure as I think there may be an issue with my turbo on my STi.
Re: The time may have come...
K, will do. Just looking at what they are usually going for. But like i said, this is just me thinking out loud at the moment. It could be a week, month, year, or never.
Sucks about your turbo issue. What's wrong with it?

If I were you, Chaz, I would not go with a 1500 but rather an late(r) model F150 instead. They are a lot more dependable, which is why I bought a 2010 in 2010. They are also underrated as to what they can actually do.

I second that. I got my 2010 F150 just to tow the wrx from virginia here. Handled the load with no issues at all. Love the truck as well as most every new vehicle Ford has out. 40000 miles on the truck and never took it in for warranty service (unlike the damn wrx).

Hey Chaz, small update but on my truck I was getting 9 mpg while 10000 lbs and a loaded truck cross country. I also never fund myself lacking power. It moved just fine and had no issue going 70 mph or above.
