Just got my car washed at Beto's Service Center at 8485 Alameda Ave. They had a couple cars in front of me, so I dropped it off and noticed the sign that advertised washing a car at $15, a truck at $20. I figured, eh, that's not too bad for a hand wash, and I'll just do the interior myself. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to pick up my car to see that for $15 they cleaned inside AND out, and did a great job! I was so impressed, I gave the guy a $5 tip. I'll definitely be going back there!

Another good place closer to the NE of El Paso is right next to
4031 Van Buren Avenue, El Paso, TX
As soon as you pass the fence of Body Pros you make that right turn into the hand car wash place.

Here is a map picture. The letter A is the car wash place.
Inside and outside for $13, if I remember correctly.
