If you are looking to upgrade their 02-05 WRX sliding brake calipers to the 06-07 4-pot/2-pot fixed calipers, it's a fairly easy job. You will need:
06-07 Calipers (and brake pads/hardware associated with them)
06-07 REAR rotors (your front rotors will work with the new calipers)
Kartboy rear caliper adapters (will make the job much easier)
10, 12, and 14mm sockets
5/16 allen head socket
Brake fluid/brake bleeding stuff
**These brakes will NOT clear the stock 16x6.5 WRX wheels, you will need something at least 7" wide. They cleared my '08 17x7 WRX wheels just fine. They will also clear the GC 2.5RS 16x7's**

The best way to do this job is to have the entire car up on jackstands with all the wheels off at the same time. It makes it easier to bleed the brakes at the end. Once the car is off the ground and the wheels are off, start at the front calipers. Break the to 14mm bolts holding the caliper to the knuckle, then remove the 10mm brake hose banjo bolt and move the hose out of the way. I just let mine drip into a bucket. Finish removing the two bolts that hold the caliper, then lift the caliper up and away from the rotor. Once you have that removed, slide your new caliper on to the rotor and line up the bolt holes. Make sure the bleeder screw is on the TOP side of the caliper. If it's on bottom, you're putting it on the wrong side. Get your bolts started, then reattach the brake hose. Once your brake hose is good, tighten down your caliper bolts. Do the same to the other side.

The rear is pretty much the same thing, with the exception of swapping rotors and putting on the adapters. (Make sure the parking brake is off before attempting to remove the old rotors!) In order for the 06-07 calipers for work on your car, you will also need to attach the Kartboy adapters to the mounting point of your original caliper. Use the supplied stainless steel allen head bolts (the shorter ones) to mount the bracket to the vehicle. If you use your original hardware, you run the risk of the bolts hitting the rotor due to their length. You may also have contact between the original dust shield and the 06-07 rotors. If this is the case, simply grind off the dust shield or just bend it back with some pliers. If you go with brand new rotors, you will more than likely have to adjust your parking brake to account for the extra meat on the rotors to keep them from dragging. Do this by spinning the star adjuster on the bottom of the parking brake, and it's much simpler to do with the caliper and rotor off.

Once you have swapped all your calipers, just bleed your brakes and you're good to go!
Bleeding order is:
Passenger Front
Driver Rear
Driver Front
Passenger Rear

Now all you have to do is look cool with your new calipers! Pardon the brake dust Rolling Eyes

Nice! Would like to do this with my RS eventually... maybe even LGT setup. Grabs just as good about 50% the cost over the 4/2's
