Not 100%. I like the utility of the Fozzy and not too keen on the outback xt's.

Well, for starters the boys at Audi make a mean AWD wagon that's not too shabby. The Newer M series of BMW X3's and X5's are fun too. Although not AWD, AMG has been known to make a rather fun wagon.
Or, you could see the light and go with the best of the best, the Evo.

There are a few others out there that will more than fit the bill of fun, value, and dependability.

Mother of God!!!!! I've fallen back in love with my truck and then some. I so want to procreate with it now and make beautiful little baby fire breathing trucks.

I forgot to mention, I'm now getting 26mpg on the highway vs the original 17mpg.

So in celebration of my screw up, I celebrated the holiday by enjoying Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

Anyone doing anything good this holiday? I'm going to try water skiing assuming my beach doesn't get hit by "Arthur"

On a semi-cool side note, took my truck to the track last weekend. Got a best 1/8th mile et of 8.3 @82 mph, which translates to a 13 second 1/4 mile. Not bad for a 7000lb. truck.

Re: The completely random off topic thread
Thinking if I don't go to the EPAWD cookout at Don's I'll get a 6-pack of Black Butte Porter, a couple steaks, some corn on the cob and fire up the grill at home.
On another note, getting back into doing stuff with the RS. There is a guy local with 2 EJ257 shortblock (can still see cross hatching on the cylinder walls) 702 casting. He has rods and pistons for them (used). Thinking about picking up the block halves from him and then sourcing new rods, pistons, crank, bearings, etc... and start sourcing parts to upgrade to a 2.5L in the RS. Or......... put off the engine upgrade and get the parts and do an HID retrofit since the stock headlights suck massive, sweaty, vinegary balls. Thinking the HID would be more beneficial

Sounds like nut sucking blasphemy to me. No straight heterosexual meat eating sexual tyrannosaurus of a man snubs a potential engine upgrade.

And now that you perverts have wrapped your minds around that for a while, I had a long day of boating, water skiing, and tubing up at Hilton Head Island. Even had Dolphins come up to our boat several times to play and show off.

Re: The completely random off topic thread
haha, naw ill leave the parental settings since its funnier lol. Anyways, CJ I know exactly what you mean about the OEM 2.5RS headlights. Mine I had to drive around with the high beams on lmao
Re: The completely random off topic thread
They are terrible. I went the whole Philips Xtreme vision and harness with my Bugeye but still no comparison to HID's. Think I'm going to go that route and hold off on the engine upgrade. Going to locate some stock headlights and then buy the kit and do the retrofit myself. Not paying $700 for Lightwerkz to do it. That's just the labor and doesn't include the kit which is $300

Re: The completely random off topic thread
Yeah lightwerkz has really good quality stuff and it looks great but their prices are a little bit outrageous if you ask me. I would only have a set of those lights if I bought them used and in great condition!
Re: The completely random off topic thread
Exactly. I messaged the guy that did Stephen's (DrPage420) retrofit but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. It's been 4 days now. I'm in no hurry but after watching tutorials and reading up on it online it seems pretty straight forward. The tedious part will be cutting the back of the headlight the right size in order to fit the projector housing.

Re: The completely random off topic thread
Yeah I bet, I wish I could get a cheap set of 05 Headlights to try the same thing but I'm worried about screwing up on doing something like that.
Re: The completely random off topic thread
That's why I'm trying to find a set for under $100. The only thing you can really screw up is the reflector housing. No need for wire splicing as the kits come with everything you need to make it plug and play.

Re: The completely random off topic thread
Well, looks like the retrofit is going to have to wait a while now. Just booked my flight to DC for the Medal of Honor ceremony. Pretty cool to personally know 3 MoH recipients.
