Why'd you choose this shop? Was it by recommendation or was it because of the insurance company?

It was recommended by a shop & he helped me out so i didn't have to pay a 1k deductible & I really appreciate that but it's been over a month already

The radiator, hood, headlight, radiator support, & bumper support was damaged. Not that bad but I took it to a shop so I can get a fresh new Paintjob

I hate to sound like I'm siding with the shop, but I can see at least two of those parts taking time to be sourced as they are not always readily available, especially if you wanted them new.

Yea I understand but it has been sitting there for a little over a week & nothing had been done. The bumper support did take a while but it just sucks cuz they weren't doing anything to it till it got there then decided to do the body work after. Anyway I talked to him yesterday & he said he was finishing up already. Stopped by today & the whole car was just primered. I think that's some bullshit that he keeps telling me it's gonna be ready one day & when I show up the cars torn to S***
