Nice part is the one I'm looking at is a direct replacement. One the downside, $1600 for the parts. At least the swap is rather straight forward.

Anyone else ever given any deep thought as to what they would do if they won the lottery? I'm not talking the whole fantasy talk of how they'd "buy Bugati and F*** supermodels", but actually put together a plan of how to maintain that windfall and make it grow, or how they'd make it last?

On a more serious note, let's say a lump payout of $100,000,000 after taxes.  Most would say invest in the stock market but honestly I would invest 50% in some type of low risk mutual fund or just split it up amongst a few savings accounts.  The interest alone will give you a decent amount of kick back.  With the remaining I would split up amongst checking and give me a budget of $20K/month of play money + whatever standard monthly expendatures I have.  It's more money than I could even imagine.  Give me $5,000,000 and I'll live extremely comfortable for the rest of my life without any investments, just basic budgeting.

I would open a lot of high yield savings accounts with an initial balance of 200,000 each and roll the interest into new accounts to ensure all of my money is insured.

I'd buy 4 more houses as rental properties.

I'd live off the interest and rental income and simply enjoy myself building and playing with a car at time.

On a side note, I am going to start playing more with the truck. I'm finding it way too hard to leave it alone.

Also, I think I may finally make the investment in a set of corner balance scales and alignment tools. It's long overdue.

Oh, and a huge day for college football. Texas A&M vs Alabama. But main emphasis on Oregon vs. Tennessee and Oregon State vs. Utah. The Oregon State game is huge for me because it will be televised. One of the few times I get to actually watch them play.

The burger was from deep in Jayhawk territory. Made EXACTLY as you wanted to include the option of Kobe beef (which I took).

Even the duck fat fries were to die for. Definitely worth the 45 minute trip to get there. I think I'll even go back.
