On a related yet amusing side note, I do so enjoy being told I don't know how to fix what I just fixed. Even funnier when told it's something else even though what I did fixed the problem.

People really seem to dig my setups. Maybe I should start doing auto work for people again, except a lot more seriously.

Case in point, I just got myself set up with the Mercedes Benz specific diagnostic and adjustment hardware and software. Should be interesting as a good chunk of the ecu tables are in German.

What color should I paint my WRX calipers and brackets. They were painted blue which has chipped badly so I'm in the process of cleaning them up. They are just basic WRX calipers and brackets, not brembo or 4 pots. Not going to do gold or red. Thinking a silver/grey to keep them as close to a stock appearance as possible.

Got some power stop slotted rotors on order. Going to source some brake pads (all around) and will probably just get some basic blanks for the rear.

I really need to start taking before and after pics. Got some of this auto stripper from Autozone to remove the old paint from my calipers. that S*** is potent and WORKS!!!!

Was so amped last night to start swapping out parts this morning that it never happened. Now thinking of keeping it as is for the time being and see what happens. No more power mods. Also looking at the awdtuning motors that they have to offer. Stage 1 or 2 for future possibilities
